T-DRILL organized a Supplier day 26th November 2019 at our headquarters in Laihia, Finland. We were lucky to have over thirty of our national partners joining the meeting to learn more about T-DRILL’s various products, services and production forms.
The event included both presentations and product demonstrations in the factory. First, our CEO Mrs. Anne Hanka welcomed the visitors and presented our company history, the present situation and where we are aiming in the future. As the research and development is at the heart of our technology, we presented our R&D model and how important it is to get feedback from suppliers. The production tour provided different type of machine demos for a better understanding about our technologies.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve the procurement process and our productivity. For this reason, we presented how we measure our supplier and emphasized why it is important to be on time and deliver defect free items to us.
Our Suppliers, Our Partners
Building strong partnerships with our suppliers is very important at T-DRILL. In our rapidly changing business world, it’s only through collaboration we can succeed and together provide “Productivity as a Product”. Like our CEO told in her presentation – “We together” therefore means also our valued supply chain and all our partners.
